江阴市1977～2007年河豚中毒分析

Analysis of Globefish Poisoning from 1977 to 2007 in Jiangyin City

[目的]总结河豚中毒发生的特点,分析河豚中毒的原因,为探讨河豚中毒诊治和预防方法提供科学依据。[方法]对江阴市1977-2007年发生的29起河豚中毒资料进行分析。[结果]1977-2007年合计发生河豚中毒29起,中毒312人,死亡12人,病死率为3.85%。其中,发生在第1季度的10起、106例,第2季度13起、142例,第3季度2起、19例,第4季度4起、45例;男性254例,女性58例;农村16起、168例,城镇13起、144例;中毒原因为加工烹制方法不当19起、257例,拣食丢弃的河豚（鱼籽、鱼肝）中毒的6起、34例,误食4起、21例。[结论]农村是河豚中毒的高发地区,加工烹制方法不当与误食是河豚中毒的主要原因。

[Objective]To sum up the characteristic of globefish poisoning and analyze the causes, provide scientific basis for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the event. [Methods]Data of globefish poisoning in 29 outbreaks from 1997 to 2007 in the city were analyzed. [Results]Of the 29 outbreaks of globefish poisoning reported from 1997 to 2007, involved 312 people and 12 people died. The mortality rate was 3.85%. Of the outbreaks,10 13,2,and 4 outbreaks were reported in the first,second,third and fourth quarter,involving 106,142,19 and 45 cases respectively. 254 cases were male and 58 cases were female. 16 outbreaks were reported in rural areas,involving 168 cases and 13 outbreaks were reported in towns,involving 144 cases. The causes of globefish poisoning were incorrect cooking method in 19 outbreaks,involving 257 cases,6 outbreaks caused by eating given up globefish （ovarian and liver）,involving 34 cases and 4 caused by mis-eating, involving 21 cases. [Conclusion]The outbreak of globefish poisoning was higher in rural areas, the main causes were incorrect cooking method and mis-eating.
