重庆市农村义务教育教师队伍现状与对策研究

The Current Situation of the Teaching Staff in Chongqing's Rural Compulsory Education and the Countermeasures

加强农村义务教育阶段教师队伍建设是提高农村教师队伍整体素质,提升农村教育质量,促进教育均衡发展的重要途径之一。本文从实际调查出发,分析了当前农村义务教育阶段教师队伍的现状及存在的问题,提出了实施专业发展计划,健全保障机制等加强农村义务教育阶段教师队伍的具体措施。

Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff in rural compulsory education is one of the important routes to improving the overall quality of rural teachers and the rural education itself as well as accelerating the balanced education development. Based on the field investigation, this article analyzes the current situation and the existent problems of teaching staff in rural compulsory education, proposes specific measures for implementing professional development and perfecting security mechanism to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in the rural compulsory education.
