The translation of civil affairs terminology proves to be the knottiest part in translating civil affairs texts. Aimed at the crux, this paper analyses the problems in the translations of civil administration terminology , identifies the special features there in, and summarizes the guiding principles in the effective handling of Chinese-English translation of civil administration terminology so that we can get the agreement on the translation of civil affairs text.
