摘要 作为高校第一课堂服务者、第二课堂引导者,政治辅导员承担着高校学生的日常管理、思想教育、学风建设、心理辅导、素质教育、就业指导等与学生成长成才息息相关的工作,其专业化和职业化和团队化程度已经愈来愈高。高校辅导员团队文化建设是团队建设的核心与关键,也是高校辅导员专业化与职业化建设的重要方面与发展趋势。切实加强辅导员团队文化建设,努力营造积极、和谐、奋进、向上的健康文化氛围,有利于提高辅导员队伍的凝聚力和战斗力,有效地促进经验交流、提高业务能力、加强优势互补、实现资源共享,形式思想建政治教育的合力,推动高校思想政治教育工作的可持续发展。 As the server for 1st class and the guide for the 2nd class, the assistant of political and ideological work in the university bears the responsibility of daily management, ideological education, study style establishment, psychological counseling, quality education, career guidance and jobs closely related to the students' growth. The degree of specialization, professionalization and teamship has been growing. The culture development of the assistant teamship is the key to the teamship development, and is the important part and trend of the specialization, professionalization of assistant as well. Strengthening the assistant's cultural development and creating an atmosphere of activeness, harmony, endeavor and healthiness can benefit the enhancement of the assistant teamship's unity and capacity, and promote the experience exchange, the capacity improvement, complementation, resource sharing so that the resultant force of political and ideological education can be formed and the sustainable development of the political and ideological education can be promoted.
