随着社会对人才需求的变化,技能型、复合型、特殊能力的人才越来越走俏,各行各业用人不再唯学历是认,在校大学生对职业技能培训的认识在加深,热情不断提高,认为参加职业技能培训考取资格证有利于就业,学历加上"职业资格证"就是他们就业最有效的"通行证"。本文阐述怎样在本科院校积极开展职业技能培训,让更多的学生取得职业资格证。

With the great change in the global economic situation and the demands of talents, skilled talents, pragmatic professionals and interdisciplinary talents become more and more popular. Education background is no longer the only consideration standard. College students have deepened their perception towards vocational training, and believe that it will be beneficial to job hunting. Only education and vocational qualification certificate can ensure employment. This thesis elaborates the effective ways to conduct the vocational training in college, so as to help more students get job qualification sheet.
