The Basic Reason on the Delay of Rural Social Security of China

论证二元经济结构是导致当代农村社会保障滞后的根本原因;通过一系列事实证明二元经济结构导致我国社会保障体系的二元性,使得农村社会保障水平、受重视程度、资金投入等落后于城市;为完善我国的农村社会保障体系提供决策依据。

The purpose of this paper is to prove that the dual economic structure is the basic reason of which lead to the delay of rural social security. Through a series of facts, we prove that the dual economic structure lead to the duality of Chinese social security system, so rural social security is fall behind than that of cities, such as the level of security, the degree of being paid attention to, the input of fund, and so on. At last, we offer some decision-making basis to perfect rural social security in our country.
