春季温室黄瓜主要农艺性状的遗传相关与通径分析

Study on Genetic Correlation and Path Analysis of the Main Agronomic Characters in Cucumber in Spring Greenhouses

利用黄瓜4个亲本配制6个杂交组合,对黄瓜的7个农艺性状进行相关和通径分析。相关分析表明,结果数、单瓜质量、坐果率和叶面积与产量呈正相关,开花期、节间长与产量呈负相关,其中结果数与产量达极显著相关,坐果率与产量达显著相关;通径分析表明,结果数对产量的直接作用相当大,单瓜质量对产量的直接作用较大,坐果率、叶面积通过单瓜质量对产量的间接作用较大。

With 4 parents of cucumber （Cucumis sativus L.） pro-6 F2 hybrid taken as experimental materials, the genetic corelation and path analysis of seven agronomic characters of cucumber were studied. The results of genetic correlation analysis showed that number of fruits per plant, average fruit Weight, fruiting rate and leaf aera were related to the yield positively. While clays of flowering and internode lenth were related to the yield negatively. The results on path analysis showed that the yield was affected mostly by two agronomic characters, the number of fruits per plant and average fruit weight was indirectly affected by fruiting rate and leaf area.
