摘要
对超市和当地农贸市场的主要蔬菜的细菌总数进行了调查和比较。结果表明,超市和一般农贸市场的主要细菌数量没有发现不同,但是果菜类的细菌总数一般低于叶菜类和根菜类。
The total bacterial number of main vegetables from local market and supermarket were investigated and compared. The resuhes showed that no difference was found the bacterial number in both makets, but the number of bacteria from fruit vegetables was generally lower than that of leaf and root vegetables.
