摘要 [目的]为了解决野蔷薇种子休眠期长、发芽不整齐、育苗困难等技术难题。[方法]以野蔷薇为试验材料,研究冷藏时间、激素处理、基质选择等因素对野蔷薇种子发芽的影响。[结果]结果表明,影响野蔷薇种子萌发的主要因素是冷藏时间;0.10和0.15 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)处理10 d,种子发芽率均达到70%以上;选用干净河沙作基质催芽效果优于其它材料。 [ Objective ] In order to solve the technical problems of long dormancy stage, irregular germination, seedling difficulty of Rosa Multiflora seeds. [ Method ] Rosa Muhiflora as test material, study on the effects of cold storage time, hormone treatment, medium selection on the germination of Rosa Muhiflora seeds. [ Result] The results showed that the main effect factor of Rosa Multiflora seeds germination were cold storage time; GA3 of 0.10 mg/L and 0.15 mg/L were treated by 10 d, seeds germination all reached to above 70% ; clean riversand as medium for accelerating germination were better than other materials.
