GA_3解除川贝母种子休眠过程中酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的变化 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究不同浓度的GA3对解除川贝母种子休眠过程中酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶变化的影响。[方法]用浓度0(CK)、20、40、60、80 mg/L的GA3处理川贝母种子,对不同浓度GA3下的酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶进行电泳分析。[结果]浓度40和60 mg/L GA3处理时,川贝母种子酯酶同工酶在图谱上增加2条Rf分别为0.389 3和0.937的新谱带;而其过氧化物酶同工酶在图谱上分别增加2条Rf为0.833和0.937的新谱带,且在浓度60 mg/L GA3处理时,图谱中又增加1条Rf为0.771的新谱带。[结论]浓度40 mg/L和60 mg/L GA3对川贝母种子休眠的解除有一定的作用。 [ Objective ] To investigate the effects of esterase and peroxidase isozyme in the process of GA3 relieves to Fritillaria cirrhosa seeds dormancy. [ Method] Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don seeds which were treated by GA3 of 0 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 60 rag/L, 80 mg,/L made electrophoresis of esterase and peroxidase isozyme with different GA3 concentrations. [ Result] With the GA3 treatment of 40 mg/L and 60 rag/L, esterase isozyme of Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don seeds increased 2 new bands which Rfwere 0. 389 3 and 0. 937 respectively on the map; while through peroxidase isozyme increased 2 new bands which Rfwere 0. 833 and 0.937 respectively on the map, and with the treatment of 60 mg/L GA3, 1 new bands which Rfwere 0. 771 was increased on the map. [ Conclusion] GA3 of 60 mg/L and 40 mg/L had a certain action on relieving the Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don seeds dormancy .
