摘要
[目的]探讨高压氧对急性力竭运动大鼠骨骼肌Fas-mRNA表达与细胞凋亡的影响及其对骨骼肌损伤的恢复作用。[方法]24只健康雄性大鼠,随机分为3组,即:安静对照组(A)、急性力竭运动组(B)、急性运动高压氧恢复组(C);B组分别进行一次急性力竭运动,C组于运动后应用高压氧疗法,应用HE染色与RT-PCR对各组大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡与Fas-mRNA的表达进行检测。[结果]与对照组相比,B组大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡数量增多,Fas-mRNA的表达增多,经高压氧治疗后细胞凋亡数量减少,Fas-mRNA的表达降低。[结论]高压氧疗法能抑制Fas-mRNA的表达,减少运动训练大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡,促进运动性疲劳与骨骼肌微损伤的恢复。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen with the apoptosis and expression of Fas-mRNA after trademill training in skeletal muscle of rats and study the mechanism of muscle injury prevention and cure. [ Method ] 24 rats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups: control group( A), single bout acute treadmill exercise group( B), exercise with hyperbaric oxygen group (C). Using the methods of HE and RT-PCR to check the issuse and the expression of Fas-mRNA. [ Result] Compare with the control group, the numer of muscle apoptosis and the expression of Fas-mRNA increased on the B group, decreased on the hyperbaric oxygen group. [ Con- clusion] Applying hyperbaric oxygen can decrease the expression of Fas-mRNA and the number of apoptosis, and accelerate the resume of skeletal muscle injury and fatigue.
