摘要
[目的]探索最适的食用NaCl浓度,为合理健康膳食提供科学依据。[方法]以野生型黑腹果蝇为材料,在含有不同浓度NaCl(0、10、50、100、200 mmol/L)的培养基上培养果蝇,分析NaCl对果蝇幼虫生长发育、子代果蝇数目、成虫体重、群体的雌雄平衡等所产生的影响。[结果]含低浓度NaCl(10 mmol/L)组子代蛹化数目和子代羽化数目有所增加;而高浓度NaCl组(100、200 mmol/L)子代蛹化数目和子代羽化数目明显减少。不同浓度NaCl对子代果蝇体重的影响并不明显,但是随着NaCl浓度的提高,雄蝇体重和雌蝇体重都有减轻的趋势。[结论]一定量的NaCl能够影响果蝇生长发育、子代数量,干扰果蝇群体的雌雄平衡,影响子代果蝇体重。
[ Objective ] The reasonable basis of health food was provided through the experiment in the optimal concentration of NaCl in food. [ Method] The D. melanogasterunder were cultured in the media with the different concentrations of NaCI(0, 10, 50, 100 and 200 mmol/L) and the effect of NaCl on its growth and development, the number of its offspring, the weight of adult insect, the balance of male to female insect was analyzed. [ Results ] The results showed that the number of its offspring, the number of pupal and eclosion were increased in the treatment of low concentration( 10 mmoL/L) but reduced in the treatment of high concentration( 100 and 200 mmoL/L). Even though the concen- tration of NaC1 did not affect the body weight of D. melanogasterunder, the body weight of it was lessened with the concentration -increasing of NaCl for both male and female insect. [ Conclusion] The treatment of NaCl could affect the D. melarwgasterunder growth and development, the number of its offspring, the weight of adult insect and offspring, and the balance of male to female insect.
