摘要
[目的]研究不同温度对宽体金线蛭的生长的影响,为宽体金线蛭的人工养殖提供科学依据。[方法]随机分为4个试验组,在不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)下养殖20d,每组2d测1次体重,比较各组宽体金线蛭的日增重。[结果]15、20、25、30℃条件下平均日增重分别为2.04%、2.99%、3.23%、0.62%。在15~20℃范围内,随着温度的升高其生长明显加快(P〈0.05);20~25℃平均日增重率最高,达到2.99%~3.23%,差异不显著(P〉0.05);超过30℃则宽体金线蛭生长显著下降,存活率为55%。[结论]宽体金线蛭生长的适宜温度是20~25℃。
[ Objective ] The paper aimed to study effects of different water temperature on growth of leech ( Whitmania pigra) and provide a scientific basis for breed culture. [ Method ] The experiment animals were divided into 4 groups at random, and bred in 20 days under different temperature conditions (15,20,25,30 ℃ ), weighted interval 2 days, the average daily gains of leech in each groups were compared. [ Resuh] Average daily weight increased 2.04% ,2.99% ,3.23% ,0.62% under the 15, 20, 25,30℃. When the temperature raise from 15 ℃ to 20℃ , the growth of leech increased became faster ( P 〈 0.05 ). Rates of average daily gain of leech became highest when achieved 2.99% -3.23 % under range of 20 -25 ℃ , no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). When the temperature was higher than 30℃ , the growth and the livability of the leech significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) , survive rate was 55 %. [ Conclusion ] The range of the optimal temperatures for leech growth is from 20 ℃to 25 ℃.
