摘要
介绍了中国进行土地利用总体规划实施评价的难点,从监测、评价、反馈三方面,选取了5类共23个指标构建了土地利用总体规划实施评价指标体系。
The difficulties in evaluating the implementation of Chinese general land use planning were introduced. From the aspects of monitoring, evaluation and feedback, twenty-three indices in five kinds were adopted to construct implementation evaluation system for general land use planning.
