以大理州集体林权改革为例,分析了集体林权制度改革存在的突出问题和林业发展瓶颈,并提出了创新集体林权制度改革的措施。

Taking Dali as an example, the existing problems in the reform of collective forest fight were analyzed as well as the bottleneck of forestry development. Some countermeasures to innovate the reform were put forward.
