摘要
简要论述了我国污染转移的现状,重点分析了污染转移的方式、成因和后果及在该过程中政府的环境责任,并为实现我国的可持续发展就政府方面提出了一些策略。
The current situation of pollution transfer in China was briefly summarized. Ways, causes, consequences and government＇ s environmental responsibility in the process of pollution transfer were analyzed mainly. Then some countermeasures for government were put forward in order to realize our country＇ s sustainable development.
