摘要
农村公共文化服务体系和乡镇图书馆,是培育新农民、树立新风尚、发展新文化、更好地服务社会主义新农村建设的重要载体.分析了当前绍兴市乡镇图书馆建设中存在的问题,提出了相关的对策和建议.
The rural cultural service system covering rural libraries is a vital vehicle for cultivating a new generation of farmers, establishing new customs, developing a new cuhural life and better serving the construction of socialist ＂New Villages＂. The present paper analyzes the problems existent in the construction of rural libraries in Shaoxing, and at. tempts to offer some countermeasures and suggestions.
