宝钢研究院10年研发能力建设回顾

Review:Development of Baosteel Research Institute's R & D Ability in the Last Decade

宝钢研究院成立以来的10年,正是我国钢铁工业快速发展的10年。作为宝钢的专业研发机构,宝钢研究院也得到了长足发展,研发能力显著提高,一批新产品、新技术和新工艺开发成功并转化为生产力。从企业研究院的使命出发,从研发基础保障能力和研究开发能力两个方面,结合一些实例,回顾和总结了宝钢研究院成立10年来的研发能力建设。

The last decade since Baosteel Research Institute was established was the 10 years when the Chinese iron and steel industry grew rapidly. As a professional R ＆ D department, Baosteel Research Institute made significant progress simultaneously. The R ＆ D ability was remarkably improved, and a great many of new products, techniques and processes were successfully developed and put into practical use. In this paper the development of the institute＇ s ability in the past 10 years is reviewed and summarized in two aspects：the basic R ＆ D support ability and the R ＆ D ability. Some examples are given and the review is based on the mission of the institute.
