摘要
通过3年来不锈钢物理冶金基础研究,宝钢在新产品开发、关键生产技术优化和发明专利数方面有了明显提升。所开发新产品的实物质量已经接近国外实物水平,关键生产技术水平同国外先进水平差距也在迅速缩小。不锈钢研发团队在合金和相组织设计、冶金工艺优化、腐蚀、成形和焊接等物理冶金基础研究能力方面有了快速提升。
Based on the physical metallurgy studies on stainless steel in the past three years, Baosteel has made prominent progress in the development of new products, critical manufacturing technique and innovation patents. The quality of the developed new products is similar to that of the imported ones,and the gap of critical manufacturing techniques between Baosteel and the advanced companies in the world has been narrowed. To be equally important, Baosteel stainless steel R & D team's ability in the physical metallurgy field, such as alloy and structure design, metallurgic technology optimization, corrosion resistance, forming and welding technique, has been rapidly enhanced.
