DJ-1在肿瘤中表达的临床意义及作用的可能机制

摘要 DJ-1是一种广泛表达的多功能蛋白,参与肿瘤的生理病理过程。多数研究显示DJ-1为癌基因,在多种肿瘤中高表达,且在部分肿瘤中可能提示预后不良。DJ-1作为癌基因的机制可能是由于其抗氧化凋亡、抑制PTEN基因信号通路、增强雄激素信号转导等,但也有DJ-1在肿瘤组织中低表达的报道。 D J-1, ubiquitously expressed in various human tissues, is a multi-functional protein that plays roles in tumors,Parkinson' s disease,breeding and apoptosis. Over-expression of D J-1 which is identified as a novel oncogene has been reported in several cancer cells. The underlying mechanisms include the anti-oxidative stress reaction, down-regulating phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) pathway and up-regulating Androgen pathway. However, there are also some evidences show low-expression of D J-1 in tumor cells.
