B细胞淋巴瘤-2（Bcl-2）蛋白家族在细胞凋亡途径中具有重要作用，其促凋亡蛋白与抗凋亡蛋白的比例与肿瘤的形成、肿瘤的放射敏感性及预后密切相关。针对Bcl-2家族与肿瘤放射敏感性的关系，以Bcl-2为靶点进行相关研究，可为临床肿瘤放疗提供新的思路。

Bcl-2 family plays an important role in cell apoptosis pathway. The ratio of pro-apoptosis members and anti-apoptosis members closely correlates with tumorigenesis, tumor radiosensitivity and prognosis. Recent years, according to the correlation of Bel-2 family and tumor radiosensitivity, many researchers want to find new therapeutic strategies that target Bcl-2 in clinical radiotherapy.
