苯并三唑化合物Bz引发4T-1乳腺癌细胞凋亡 被引量:2

摘要 观察苯并三唑化合物(Bz)诱导小鼠乳腺癌(4T-1)细胞系,考察了诱导细胞凋亡的生物学效应。结果表明,Bz显著抑制小鼠乳腺癌4T-1细胞的生长,呈浓度和时间依赖性;4T-1细胞经Bz作用后,细胞增殖周期延长,增殖速度减慢,ATPase活性降低;膜电位检测结果表明,Bz能够引起细胞线粒体膜电位显著下降。Bz具有诱导小鼠乳腺癌4T-1细胞凋亡的作用,其机制可能是通过引发细胞线粒体膜电位下降而诱导细胞凋亡。 The paper investigated the effect of Benzotriazole compounds (Bz) on induction of apoptosis in mammary cancer cell line 4T-1. Bz significantly inhibited the growth of 4T-1 cells in a time and concentration-dependent manner. It was also shown that cell proliferation increased with a time and concentration-dependent manner after treatment with Bz. The activity of ATPase decreased and the mitoehondrial membrane potential collapsed. In conclusion, Bz can induce cells growth inhibition and apoptosis of 4T-1 cells may be through modulation of mitochondrial functions.
