摘要
研究了乙炔黑与石墨并用对天然橡胶(NR)的电阻率、硬度、硫化特性、拉伸和撕裂性能的影响。结果表明:与单用乙炔黑相比,将石墨与乙炔黑以一定比例并用有利于提高橡胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,同时也会降低胶料的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度,改变乙炔黑与石墨的配比可以对填充胶的电阻率进行调节。
The natural rubbers with addition of acetylene carbon black and graphite were prepared and their mechanical properties, electrical resistance, vulcanization behaviors were studied in term of the mass ratio of acetylene carbon black to graphite. It was found that the tensile strength and elongation at break increased, while the hardness and stress at 100% or 300% decreased by replacing certain amount of carbon black with graphite. The electrical resistance of the rubber could be altered by adjusting the ratio of carbon black to graphite.
