伊春国有林区教育投入现状与对策研究

Study of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Educational Investment in Yichun State-owned Forest Region

运用伊春林区和哈尔滨市实地调研得到的资料和调查问卷数据,从伊春国有林区教育现状入手,分析伊春国有林区教育落后的原因,提出了促进林区教育发展必须改变林区政企合一的管理体制,加强林区教育经费投入,改善教学环境,加强教师队伍建设等的对策建议。

By using the material and the questionnaire data which obtained trom the mvestigation aria study in the Yichun state - owned forest region and the Harbin city , starting with the current situation of the education in Yichun State - owned forest region, analyze the reasons for educational backwardness of Yichun State - owned forest region, propose some suggestion that, in order to promote the development of the forest region＇s education, the forest region＇s management system of combination of administration and enterprise must be changed, the funding of the forest region＇ s education must be strengthen, the teaching environment must be improved, the construction of the teacher troop must be strengthened and so on.
