云南林业产业发展存在的主要问题及对策

Discussion on Main Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Forestry Industry in Yunnan

从云南林业产业发展的现状入手,全面总结了林业产业发展过程存在的产业结构不够合理,主导产业和产品发展不快;产业技术水平低、初级低档产品多、精深加工产品少等问题,并结合这些问题,提出了加快云南林业产业发展要处理好资源与产业的关系,构建云南现代林业产业体系;建立市场培育体系;建立科技支撑体系和人才储备体系以及完善宏观调控扶持体系的对策建议。

Starting from present situation of forestry industry in Yunnan, summarized a series of problems during the developing of forestry industry comprehensively, including industrial structure being unreasonable, development speed of dominant industry and its products being not fast enough; industrial technical level being rather low, products being mainly focused on primary products rather than deep processing products. Aiming at these problems, this paper put forward some countermeasures to accelerate the development of forestry industry in Yunnan, including constructing modern forestry industrial system in Yunnan; building market - cultivation system; setting up systems of scientific supporting and talent reserve and perfecting supporting - system of macro - control.
