育龄妇女避孕套知识掌握情况的调查

Investigation on Mastery of Condom Knowledge among Women of Child-bearing Age

目的了解避孕套知识在育龄妇女中的掌握情况,为十一五农村卫生适宜技术推广宣传避孕套提供依据。方法采用横断面调查法,对庄河市18乡50村2436名18～45岁育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果不知道避孕套避孕方法的占4.8%,其中未婚占83.6%,已婚占16.4%;不知道避孕套可防性病的占48.7%,其中未婚占62.3%,已婚占37.7%;不能正确说出避孕套使用方法的占16.20%,其中未婚占69.5%,已婚占30.5%。结论在育龄妇女中,应加强宣传用避孕套有避孕和防病双重功效,并且把未婚女青年作为计划生育宣传教育工作的重点对象。

[ Objective ] To understand the condom knowledge among women of child-bearing age, and provide evidence for condom promotion of appropriate technology in rural health in 11th Five-Year plan. [ Methods ] Cross-sectional survey was adopted to conduct questionnaire survey on 2436 women of child-bearing age in 50 villages of 18 counties. [Results]4.8% women did not know contra- ceptive methods of using condom, among which 83.6% were unmarried, 16.4% was married; 48.7% did not know that condoms can prevent sexually transmitted diseases, 69.5 % were unmarried, 30.5 % was married. [ Conclusion ] The double effects of contraception and disease prevention by using condoms should be publicized widely among women of child-bearing age ; and the unmarried young women should be taken as the focus population for publicity and education of family planning
