从化市2003与2008年医疗机构消毒灭菌的效果对比

Comparison of Effect of Disinfection and Sterilization in Medical Units of Conghua City in 2003 and 2008

目的了解从化市医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,为今后制定防治医院感染方案提供依据。方法采用比较方式对从化市2003和2008年监测结果进行分析。结果2003与2008年监测样品分别为397和490份,平均合格率为85.39%和94.90%,2008年监测平均合格率高于2003年,2年平均合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.37,P<0.01)。2年的监测结果相同点在于高压灭菌合格率同为100%;2003年室内空气细菌和医护人员手合格率分别为58.97%(46/78)、73.85%(48/65),2008年室内空气细菌和医护人员手合格率分别为86.59%(71/82)、96.00%(96/100),2年合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);比较2年的使用中消毒液和物体表面合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从化市医疗机构消毒灭菌工作仍有待提高,应继续采取干预措施,从细节入手加强消毒和灭菌管理,增加消毒设备和设施的投入,强化消毒理念,做好医护人员消毒技术和消毒知识宣传培训,进一步消除医院感染的隐患。

[Objective] To understand the effect of disinfection and sterilization in medical units of Conghua City, and provide evi- dence for developing control measures for nosocomial infection. [ Methods] Comparison was adopted to conduct analysis on monitoring results in 2003 and 2008. [ Results]Totally 397 samples and 490 samples were monitored in 2003 and 2008, the average qualified rate was 85.39% and 94.90% respectively. The average qualified rate in 2008 was higher than that in 2003, the difference was sig- nificant （ X^2 = 23.37, P 〈 0.01 ）. The qualified rates of autoclaving were both 100% in 2003 and 2008. The qualified rates of indoor air bacteria and hands hygiene of medical staff were 86.59% （71/82} and 96.00% （96/100） , the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01） ;the differences of qualified rates of disinfectant and object surface were not significant （ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The disinfection and sterilization in medical units of Conghua City is yet to improve. It is necessary to take the interventions continuously, to strengthen the management of disinfection and sterilization in detail, to increase investments in the disinfection apparatus and facilities, to strengthen the disinfection concepts, and provide advocacy and training of sterilization knowledge and disinfection techniques for medical staff, so as to further eliminate the risk of nosocomial infection.
