大型企业所办社区卫生服务机构存在的问题和对策

Problem in Community Health Care Clinic Affiliated with Large Enterprise

社区卫生服务是保证广大城镇居民享受基本卫生保健和缓解"看病难,看病贵"的根本保证和有效途径,大型企业所办社区卫生服务机构是城市社区卫生服务体系建设中的重要组成部分。通过对东风汽车公司在十堰所办的社区卫生服务机构进行调研,发现在管理体制、政府投入和管理及社区卫生服务机构自身业务发展上均存在一定的问题,提出了政府部门要提高认识、完善相应政策以及加强企业所办社区卫生服务机构业务发展等对策建议。

Community health service is a basic guarantee and effective way for city residents to enjoy basic health care and relief the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service. The community health care clinics, which are affiliated with large enterprises, play an important role in the construction of city community-based health service system. Through the investigation on the community health care clinic which is affiliated with Dongfeng Automobile Corporation in Shiyan, it was found that some problem existed in management system, government investment and self business development. It is suggested that the government should take countermeasures such as deepening the understanding, improving corresponding policies and clinic business development.
