摘要
为了解决复杂地质条件及深井超深井施工中经常遇到的压力异常、井漏等地质工程问题,设计了两种适用于深井固井作业的低密度水泥浆体系.根据性能测试结果,粉煤灰复合低密度水泥浆体系可以满足塔河油田对水泥浆密度的要求,将其应用于10多口井,均取得了较好的应用效果.水泥浆返高均达到设计井深,大幅度减少了注水泥漏失的潜在危险,目前已被广泛应用.
There are generally abnormal pressure and mud loss under the complicated geological conditions and in the operations of deep wells.For this reason,two types of low-density cement slurry systems for the well cementing of deep wells are designed.Their performance is tested.According to the test results,the low-density composite fly coal ash cement slurry system can meet the requirements of the well cementing in Tahe Oilfield.It is applied to more than 10 wells,the good well cementing results are obtained.The return height of all wells reaches to the designed depth,so the potential risk of mud loss is greatly reduced.At present,the cementing slurry system is widely applied in Tahe Oilfield.
