四苯硼钠返滴定法测定季铵盐研究

Determination of quaternary ammonium using back titration analysis of sodium tetraphenyl boron

季铵盐快速定量分析方法对于季铵盐产品的开发、应用具有重要的意义.应用四苯硼钠返滴定分析方法对季铵盐定量分析进行了研究,探讨了分析结果的重现性和准确性以及NaOH加量对滴定终点的影响,并与沉淀法、HG/T2230-2006十二烷基二甲基氯化铵季铵盐定量分析方法进行了对比.结果表明:该方法适合于季铵盐定量分析,且分析结果重现性好,准确率为99.5%.

The rapid quantitative analysis of quaternary ammonium salt is important to the development and application of the quaternary ammonium salt products.The method of determining quaternary ammonium using back titration analysis of sodium tetraphenyl boron is presented,and the reappearance and accuracy of the determination method and the effect of NaOH dosage on titration end-point are studied.The analysis result obtained using this method is compared with those obtained separately using weight method and HG/T2230-2006 titration method,it is shown that the method proposed in this paper has better reappearance,and its determination accuracy can reach to 99.5%.
