天津滨海新区软土地基处理技术历史与发展

History & Development of Soft Soil Foundation Improvement Technology in Tianjin Binhai New Area

在软土地基上兴建港口等工程建筑物,必须对软土或超软土地基进行改良处理。针对天津滨海新区建设,介绍滨海新区使用过的真空预压法、联合堆载预压法、强夯法、置换法、深层水泥拌合法(MDM法)、直排式真空预压法等软土地基处理技术的开发与应用历史,可为软土地基处理技术的开发提供思路。

When port structures are built in soft soil foundation, the soft or very soft soils must be treated and improved. In view of the construction of Tianjin Binhai New Area,the development and application of soft soil improvement technology that were used to in Binhai New Area are described,such as the methods of vacuum preloading, the combined surcharge preloading,dynamic compaction,displacement, cement deep mixing method （MDM）, vacuum prel soft soil improvement oading with direct discharge ,etc., which may offer some train of thought for development of technology.
