Ⅱ期矽肺患者72例并发心血管疾病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 72 Cases of Silicosis with Stage Ⅱ Complicated with Cardiovascular Disease

目的了解Ⅱ期矽肺患者的心血管并发症。方法分析湛江市职业病防治所住院部收治的72例矽肺病人的临床体征资料,结合病史及临床检验、检查结果,排除肺部感染后,对常见心血管并发症进行统计分析,并与无粉尘接触史的离退休干部的心血管患病情况作对照。结果矽肺患者心血管并发症(血脂异常和冠心病)明显高于正常人群(P<0.01),并发症的发生与年龄及发病时间无明显关系。结论矽肺病可促进和加快心血管疾病的发生与发展,矽肺患者在防治呼吸道感染的同时,要对心血管疾病的危险因素尽早干预,减少或杜绝矽肺病人心血管疾病的发生。

[ Objective] To understand the pneumosilicosis patients＇complications of cardiovascular disease. [ Methods] The clinical data of 72 pneumosilieosis inpatients in Zhanjiang Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention were analyzed. Lung infection was excluded through analyzing medical history and clinical examination. Common cardiovascular complications was analyzed statistically, and compared with cardiovascular prevalence of retired people without dust exposure. [ Results] The incidence of cardiovascular complications （ Dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease ） among pneumosilicosis patients was obviously higher than that among normal population （P 〈 0.01）, the occurrence of complications did not relate significantly with age and time of onset. [ Conclusion] Pneumosilicosis can accelerate and quicken the occurrence and improvement of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, the pneumosilicosis patients should focus on the prevention of respiratory tract infection, and the intervention of cardiovascular disease risk factors simultaneously to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of cardiovascular disease risk factors.
