海洋类研究生培养问题与思考

Problems and Reflections on Cultivating Marine-majored Postgraduates

海洋类研究生随着我国海洋经济的快速发展需求量不断增加,但研究生培养过程中仍存在一些问题。本文就海洋类研究生生源、思想政治教育、教学、导师和毕业论文等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并在招生计划、思政教育工作体制、课程建设、师生关系、毕业设计方面提出相关建议,以提高海洋类研究生培养质量。

With the rapid development of China＇s marine economy, there is an increasing demand for marine-majored postgraduates, but some problems exist during the process of postgraduate cultivation. In this paper, problems of postgraduate students, the ideological and political education, teaching, supervisors and thesis are analyzed and measures on the enrollment, ideological and political education system, curriculum construction, teacher-student relationship, thesis design are suggested in order to improve the quality of the marine-majored of postgraduate cultivation.
