On the Construction of Personalized Information Service System of University Libraries

高校图书馆信息服务对提高师生的信息素质能力、保证教学质量和提升科研水平、提升办学品位和社会地位都有重要作用。高校图书馆个性化信息服务体系的建构,决定了其信息服务的质量和水平。为此,在分析高校图书馆个性化信息服务主要特征的基础上,从强化信息服务理念、强力开发网络应用技术、实施信息化时代知识管理、提高文献检索和咨询服务水平等方面,提出建构高校图书馆个性化信息服务体系的措施。

Information Service of university libraries plays a significant role in improving the information quality of teachers and students, ensuring the teaching quality, enhancing the level of scientific research and improving university＇s reputation and social status. The construction of personalized information service system determines the quality of its information services and standards. Therefore, based on the analysis of the main features of personalized information service system of university libraries, some measures are put forward such as on how to enhance service, how to apply web technologies, how to implement knowledge management at the information age, and how to improve document retrieval and the level of advisory services.
