HPLC-蒸发光散射检测法测定益气温阳胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of Astragaloside in Yiqiwenyang Capsule With HPLC-Evaporative Light Scattering Detection Method

目的:建立益气温阳胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC-蒸发光散射检测法,以Hypersil BDS C18为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(32:68)为流动相,蒸发光散射检测器。结果:黄芪甲苷平均加样回收率为96.67%,RSD%为0.79%。结论:所建方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,能有效控制益气温阳胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish the determination method for astragaloside in Yiqiwenyang capsule.Methods：HPLC-evaporative light scattering detection method method was used with Hypersil BDS C18 as chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water（32：68） as mobile phase, evaporative light scattering detection machine. Result： The average spotting recovery of astragaloside was 96.67%, RSD%=0.79%.Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate with good reproducibility, can be control the quality of Yiqiwenyang capsule.
