摘要
目的:分析刺五加叶中的主要活性成分。方法:采用多种试剂及仪器对刺五加叶的氨基酸、无机元素、总糖、黄酮进行了含量测定。结果:刺五加叶中含有16种氨基酸,其中7种为人体所必需的,以谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸的含量最高。并含有22种无机元素,其中宏量元素3种,微量元素10余种;测得刺五加叶中总糖含量为1.85%,总黄酮含量为2.61%。结论:成分的明确为刺五加质量控制新模式提供了依据。
Objective:To analyze main active components in the leaves of acanthopanax senticosus.Methods:The paper adopted various kinds of reagents and mistruments todetermine the content of Amino acids, element, total carbohydrat, flavonoids from the leaves and stems of Aeanthopanax senticosus. Results:The content determinations are as follows: It conrains 16 kinds of Amino acids, seven of them are essential to human body,highly with Glu and Asp. Also,22 kinds of elements, with 3 kinds of macroelelement and more than 10 kinds of microelement are contained. The content of total carbohydrates is 1.51% and total flavonoids is 0.755%.Conclusion:This method supplied the foundation for the new model of the qualities controlling in Acanthopanax senticosus.
