指导人计划打造高绩效员工团队 被引量:2

摘要 相对短期培训而言,指导人计划是一种基于人际互动的人才开发策略,能有力推动高绩效人才队伍的建设。本文从指导人计划的特征出发,归纳分析了该计划的人员定位、成功模式与制度建设,同时对其未来发展进行了展望。
