知识型员工工作倦怠的干预

摘要 工作倦怠是员工在长期压力下引发的一种消极化的心理与行为症状,它对员工、组织、家庭和社会都产生很大的不良影响。本研究旨在通过探讨知识型员工工作倦怠相关议题,从人力资源管理角度提出工作倦怠的相应管理措施。
