应用竞值架构理论评估县处级干部管理能力 被引量:2

摘要 竞值架构理论被国际上用来作为领导者能力测评的工具。本文简要介绍该理论的框架和内容以及其在国际上的运用,并用修订后的问卷对我国地方政府县处级干部的管理能力进行了实证评估。
