基于行动学习的领导力开发 被引量:14

摘要 领导力开发被认为是推动组织变革、应对环境挑战的主要途径,而行动学习是能够快速提升领导力的有效方法。本文从案例入手,比较了行动学习与传统方法对领导力开发的效果,探讨了基于行动学习开发领导力的成功要素及案例的借鉴意义。
