高校教师薪酬满意度对工作绩效和积极性的影响 被引量:13

摘要 本实证研究采用结构方程模型方法,探讨高校教师薪酬满意度与教学态度、工作绩效的因果关系。研究结果表明,薪酬满意度对教师的工作积极性、教学效果及工作绩效具有正向的作用,并存在一定的差异,如果高校仅仅改善薪酬中某一个元素,并不能够对教师薪酬的总体满意度产生足够的影响。
