摘要
2008年世界粮食危机呈现出一些新特点,包括粮价剧烈震荡,饥馑范围一再扩大,诱发国际关系紧张等,其深层原因有粮食能源化趋势增强、金融危机对粮食市场造成的双重损害与不合理粮食贸易制度对世界粮食市场稳定性的影响等。面对世界粮食危机,我们应冷静分析其对我国粮食市场的影响,继续强化我国粮食安全保障体系,在国内外的粮食市场之间建立"缓冲带",培育和支持我国自己的粮食跨国公司,并使其走向国际市场,力争成为有竞争实力的市场主体,同时要站在世界政治的高度认识粮食安全问题,对进入国内的跨国公司既要利用又要约束。
The author points out that there are some new characteristics of the world food crises emerging in the year of 2008, such as the fluctuating price, the expanding scope, and the becoming tense international relation. The author analyzes causes for that. Facing with the world food crisis, we should analyze the impact on China＇s food market, strengthen the guarantee system, cultivate and support the development of our own food multinational companies, and fully understand the problem of food safety as being required by the world political situation.
