网络嵌入性对企业出口绩效影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Network's Embeddedness on an Enterprise's Export Performance

传统战略理论由于将企业置于单独决策和自由行动的状态而存在理论缺陷。企业网络理论试图弥补这一缺陷,指出企业的行为是嵌入于社会网络的,网络为企业提供了有形和无形的资源利益,进而影响企业的行为和绩效。本文以现有文献为基础,将网络嵌入性划分为网络关系强度、网络关系稳定性、网络密度、网络的中心接近性和网络居间性五个维度,提出网络嵌入性对企业出口绩效具有正向影响的假设,在此基础上对浏阳花炮企业进行问卷调查,运用多元线形回归验证假设结果,从而提出浏阳花炮企业通过提升网络嵌入性而提高出口绩效的建议。

Traditional strategic theory is theoretically defected for assumming that an enterprise makes decisions and takes actions independently. Firm Network Theory tries to make up this defect by pointing out that firm＇s behaviors are embedded into social network. Network provides an enterprise with visible and invisible resource benefits, thus affects firm＇s behavior and performance. Based on the literatures on network embeddedness, this paper divides network embeddedness into 5 dimensions, network tie strength, network tie stability, network density, network closeness centrality and network betweenness centrality. This paper assumes that network ernbeddedness affects export performance positively. Through a field investigation into Liuyang fireworks companies and followed-up multi-linear regressive analysis, our hypothesis have been testified. Finally we come up with some suggestions on how to improve an enterprisers export performance through increasing network embeddedness.
