卵巢上皮性癌的淋巴管形成及其临床病理意义

摘要 淋巴管形成是近年肿瘤研究的热点，淋巴管形成与肿瘤的淋巴转移、扩散关系密切，是肿瘤患者预后差的重要标志，阻断淋巴管形成可以阻止癌细胞的淋巴转移。近年来肿瘤淋巴管相关研究的突破应归功于可靠的淋巴管标记物的发现和应用。单克隆抗体D240可以特异性地识别淋巴管内皮细胞的标记物——膜糖蛋白podoplanin，有很高的特异性和敏感性。Ki-67抗原是一种增殖细胞的核标记物，可判断细胞的增殖活性。目前认为，D2-40／Ki-67免疫组化双重染色方法是研究肿瘤淋巴管形成最理想的方法。
