复发性流产与细胞因子基因多态性的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA）在临床上是指连续发生3次或3次以上的自然流产，是妊娠期最常见的并发症之一，发病率为0．5％-2．0％。该病病因极其复杂，除染色体、内分泌、感染、内生殖器官发育异常等原因外，仍有40％-50％的患者病因至今未明。近年研究发现，免疫失调可能是原因不明RSA的发病机制之一。有研究报道，细胞因子（cytokine）参与了RSA患者的免疫失调.
