基于ADuC841的无线应变测试数据采集系统设计

摘要 本文主要研究一种应变测试信号采集和对采集后的数据进行无线发送的设计,采用ADuC841单片机和nRF905无线射频芯片来实现。由应变电桥输出的模拟信号,通过放大滤波电路后由ADuC841内部12位高速AD进行采样,然后通过nRF905将采集到的数据发送给接收端,从而实现该系统。通过实验证明该系统可以对模拟信号进行高精度的采集,并能把采集到的数据进行快速无误的发送和接收。该系统主要特点是采用内部集成高精度ADC的ADuC841单片机作为主控芯片,其集成度高,简化了系统结构和电路的设计。 The article mainly reseaches the design about strain measuring data acquisition and sending the data , use ADuC841 and nRFg05 to perform it. The analog signal from strain bridge,is sampled after amplifying-filtering circuit by ADuC841 internal high speed 12 bitA/D converter, and is transmitted the sample data to receive terminal by nRF905. Then the system is designed and implemented over. Experiment shows that the system is high-precision to sam- ple analog signal and reliable and fast to send the data to receive terminal. The main feature of this system is to adopt the microprocessor ADuC841 with high-precision ADC in it,it has high level of integration, and simples the structure and the designing circuit of system.
