摘要 瓦斯监测对于煤矿安全具有重要作用,煤矿井下终端和监控分站之间的通信对完成瓦斯监测任务起到重要作用。本系统采用低功耗单片机MSP430F147和RS485总线完成煤矿井下监控分站与远程终端的通信。传感器检测到的瓦斯浓度通过RS485总线传到监控分站,监控分站在把数据传到终端进行显示,矿工则通过显示可知道环境的瓦斯浓度。通过实验证明该系统确实可行,满足煤矿井下本质安全。 The gas monitor of the coal mine is important to mine safety, the communication between the terminal of the underground mine and the monitor is important to the task. This system solved the communication question between the monitor and the remote terminal under the coal mine based on the MSP430F147 and the RS485 bus. The data from the tranducer transmit to the monitor by the RS485 bus, the monitor transmit the data to the terminal, the mine worker can know the gas density by the display. The system is feasible by the practice tests, and satisfies the request of the mine safety.
