摘要
以近年来广泛应用于空调、制冷及气体压缩等领域中的变频涡旋压缩机为研究对象,提出了一种振动信号分析的新方法。在LabVIEW图形化编程软件环境中,运用倒频谱分析法研究变频涡旋压缩机的振动信号,准确地确定出了振动信号中的周期分量频率及其谐振频率,分析了倒频谱图中各频率分量及其产生的原因。研究内容为变频涡旋压缩机故障诊断提供了新方法,也为提高变频涡旋压缩机的工作性能提供了依据。
Aimed at inverter scroll compressor, which is widely used air-conditioning, refrigeration and gas-compression field in recent years, an analysis approach for vibration signal is proposed. In the virtual instrument development environment of LabVIEW, cepstrttm method is used to analyze the vibration signal of the inverter scroll compressor. The frequencies of periodic signal and its resonance frequency are determined accurately by this method. The frequencies occurred in cepstrum map are analyzed. This study not only provides a new approach of fault diagnosis for inverter scroll compressor, but also offer a basis for the improvement of its performance.
