摘要 本文实现以ARM9S3C2440处理器为核心,以嵌入式操作系统ARM-Linux为平台的自吸电磁阀检测系统。给出了自吸电磁阀检测系统的整体设计思想以及软、硬件设计方案。该系统主要由程控电源、数据采集、气密性检测、寿命测试、远程通信等几部分组成。本系统采用嵌入式linux提供的强大图形开发工具Qt/Embedded实现友好的人机交互环境可以进行通道数、采样参数的设定,且通过设置Device和Host两种模式,可在无PC机的情况下进行检测,从而实现了脱机式应用。 This article realizes self-priming electromagnetic valve detection system, that takes ARM9 S3C2440 processor as a core, takes embedded operating system ARM-Linux as the platform. It gives the overall design thought, software and hardware design proposal of Self-priming electromagnetic valve detection system. This system is mainly made of programmable power supply, data acquisition, gas tightness test, life test, and remote communication etc. And it takes embedded Linux which supplies the strong graphic development tool Qt/Embedded to realize the friendly man-machine interaction environment, that can achieve channel number, sampling parameters setting and through setting up Device and Host two kinds of mode. It can do detection without PC machine, thus realized the off-line application.
