摘要 介绍了钢坯修磨机磨头液压压下系统的工作原理,提出压下过程中采用位置、压力复合控制,提高了工作效率。针对砂轮位置扰动引起的多余惯性力,及其磨头自身重力、摩擦力和惯性力对修磨力的影响,采用三通比例减压阀开环控制压力,系统压力波动较大的问题,提出在三通比例减压阀控制压力的基础上叠加闭环控制的方法进行改进,实现了对磨头压下力的精确控制,使系统在位置扰动下能够保持良好的跟随特性,满足了性能要求,利用AMESim软件对系统进行了建模和仿真研究,确定了控制器参数,用试验验证了仿真结果,并已成功应用于国产板坯修磨机上。 The working principle of grinding head hydraulic loading system of steel grinding machine was introduced. The position and pressure compound control was put forward in the down process, ncreasing efficiency. As the location interference of grinding wheel not only brought redundant inertia force, but also made gravity, friction and inertia force of grinding head to influence output force of system, there was pressure fluctuation to control pressure in open loop. So it was put forward using closed-loop to control pressure in the basis of three-way proportional pressure reduce valve, achieving accurate force control of grinding head, making system to keep the good follow characteristics under the influence of the location interference and achieving performance requirement. The model of system was established and simulated using AMESim and controlling parameter was defined. That is proved with experiments and has been successfully applied to domestic steel grinding machine.
